SAFE-KEEPING
ROSCAR Chocolate creations are free of
preservatives and made from the most wholesome ingredients.
Stored in a cool, moisture free location the Bonbons and Country
truffles will keep fresh for several weeks. If
you prefer refrigeration, place them in an airtight plastic
bag or container. Before indulging allow the chocolates to
come up to room temperature in the same bag/container; this
will prevent any moisture build-up while restoring to their
original taste and texture. The difference in flavor
is worth your patience.
ALLERGY INFORMATION
All our confections contain dairy products:
fresh cream and butter. Also, please note that peanuts and
nuts are stored on the premises and at times share equipment.
The Brandy~Nog Bonbon recipe contains egg
yolks, however, rest assured in the knowledge that all
of our recipe combinations are fully cooked.
Almost all Bonbons and Country Truffles are
prepared with liqueurs and therefore may not be an appropriate
treat for everyone. Specific details are noted in each product
description.
