When chocolate candies are this luxurious in taste and appearance they are known as Bonbons. The beautiful chocolate designs are a fitting tribute to the smooth ganache fillings they encase. The style and character of each filling is what sets chocolatiers apart — their creations are as individual as their signature.

Please note that most of our bonbons are prepared with liqueurs and may not be an appropriate treat for everyone. The term couverture stands for high quality chocolate used by professionals. Bittersweet chocolate is commonly known as dark chocolate.
